Machinery by reliable brands

We use cutting-edge sheetfed printing machines by KBA and binding machines by BOBST. The company uses raw materials and tools by reputable brands supplied by certified suppliers. It offers solutions using barrier coatings impervious to water and grease; various substrates – cellulose and recycled paperboards, coated papers; printing with conventional and low-migration inks for direct food contact.

DTP

The studio works with agencies and designers from around the world. It maintains high level of industry standards in terms of prepress. State-of-the-art tools guarantee the highest quality of materials prepared for print. The received graphic and structural designs are verified. At the customer’s request, corrections and changes are introduced.

Die-cutting

The die-cutting process is carried out with a special, custom-made die-cutter. Die-cutting may be accompanied by creasing, which involves pressing out lines in a specific shape. Subsequently waste is separated from the actual product. Die-cutting can be used both to give the product the required external shape, as well as to make holes in it.

Folding and gluing

Engas uses a specialised machine for folding and gluing packaging. The packaging is delivered complete and ready to be filled with the client’s product

Double-sided printing

Thanks to innovative methods and machines, we are able to significantly reduce the cost of double-sided printing, allowing to include additional technical or marketing information about the product on the inside of the packaging

Cardboard cutting

Thanks to special paper cutting machines, Engas can optimise the size of cardboard boxes, depending on the size of packaging required by the client

Digital printing

We have a specialised digital printer that enables us to produce also smaller scale orders placed by our customers, for example to be used at trade fairs, events, test series of products or auxiliary items for marketing
